When you arrive to Quito, we will transport you to the hotel. Accommodations at the hotel. A welcome cocktail will be provided.
Breakfast. We will take a car to go Pichincha´s noroocidente. We can fell the change of waether, more wet and warm than Quito´s weather. After lunch we can walk into the forest. Accommodations and dinner at the lodge.
After breakfast, early morning we go to Nambillo river where we can enjoy of a unique nature with a spectacular landscape with box lunch in route. Afternoon comeback to Lodge to accommodations an dinner.
Breakfast. We will prepare to enjoy of amazing activity. This activity is named Tubing into Mindo river, then we have a picnic lunch. Afternoon free to walk into Lodge. Accomodatións and dinner at hotel

Breakfast. The visit begins through the residential zone and the Congress. The Congress main building has a stone carved mural representing the history of Ecuador. We will continue to the Colonial site where we will admire the colonial churches and buildings of this urban jewel declared by the UNESCO as Cultural Patrimony of Humankind. Visit the San Agustin monastery, its colonial patio, and the vast collection of paintings describing San Agustin’s life. The visit keeps through the Independence Plaza surrounded by the Cathedral, the Government Palace and the Archbishops. We will visit the San Francisco Church considered one of the most important religious monuments of the new world; its amazing façade and courtyard. The main altar gold panned holds the beautiful Winged virgin or better known as the virgin of Quito. Length of program approximately 3 hours. Acommodations at the hotel.
Breakfast. At only 25 km. northwest from Quito, the Equator line marks exactly, 0º latitud, where you can put one foot on each hemisphere. Visit the ethnographic museum where we can learn about the different ethnic groups dwelling in Ecuador. Next to the museum is located the Ciudad Mitad del Mundo, a replica of a colonial town with its main plaza, church, and bullring, you will find a couple of restaurants and many handicrafts shops. Length of program approximately 3 hours. Acommodations at the hotel.
Breakfast. Early morning we will go to Otavalo town. Otavalo is considered the most important indigenous market in South America. Over here the “Otavaleños” silently market, comparing with other noisy indigenous markets all around the world. An early departure from Quito will take us through dramatic Andean sceneries. You will have enough time to walk along the market and the small streets of the village full of locals with its blue ponchos, white trousers and a long braided hair. Afternoon return to Quito, Acommodations at the hotel.

VOLCANOES TO CLIMB-MOJANDA AND CAYAMBE |

Arrival to Quito. Transportation is provided at the hotel. Accommodations at the hotel. Welcome cocktail provided.
Breakfast is provided at the hotel. You will move down to the historic part of the city. Your sightseeing tour will start at the Plaza San Francisco, with its church and monastery. The church is the oldest religious building constructed in South America begun by the Spanish conquerors in 1534 and finished 70 years later. You will move then by foot through the narrow, cobbled streets and passing the oldest hospital of Ecuador, San Juan de Dios, arrive by way of La Ronda street at the Plaza Santo Domingo with its church and monastery. You will continue the walk to the Plaza Independencia passing the Museum Casa de Sucre, colonial house where Marshal Sucre, the hero of Ecuadorian Independence and the most trusted of Simon Bolivar’s general lived and the old Banco Central Building. The Plaza Independencia with its cathedral and the presidential palace is the heart of the old, colonial center.
Two blocks away is the convent and church of San Agustin, which was begun to be built in 1583. On August 10th of 1809 Ecuador’s declaration of Independence was signed there, which lasted only 24 days. Here we end our walking tour and drive on to the Casa de Cultura to the new modern part of the city. In the afternoon, lunch will be provided.
After, you will visit Mitad del Mundo, the Equator Line Monument, where you may take the famous pictures standing with one foot in the Northern Hemisphere and with the other one on the Southern Hemisphere. You will visit the small ethnic museum located inside the pyramid-shaped building of the monument. From the balcony we also have splendid views to the surrounding areas. Afterwards we visit the interesting Solar Museum and the French Pavillion. After a stroll through the souvenir shops, we continue our tour. In the evening, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Breakfast. You will travel to the Mojanda Volcano After breakfast we leave the area and drive up to the Mojanda lakes, which are also craters filled with water but of smaller dimensions. We hike around the lakes and the huge and eroded crater. Lunch will be provided during the trip. Then you will visit Cochasquí Ruins and then you will arrive to Mojanja and camp. Accommodations and dinner will be served at the tent.
Breakfast. You will practice trekking. During the afternoon we will walk around the Mojanda lake and lunch will be provided. Accommodations and dinner will be served at the tent.
Breakfast. We arrive at the refuge at 4600m at around noon and have lunch. In the afternoon, we do final equipment checks and climbing drills. Accommodations and dinner will be at the hut. You will go to sleep at 18h00 p.m. so you can be ready to climb at midnight.
At midnight you will have a midnight breakfast. Later, we will reach to the top. After enjoying the views, you will descend to the refuge. You will need about 6 or 7 hours to get to the peak if the weather conditions permit. After a quick rest, you will start climbing down to the hut and in the afternoon we return to Quito. Accommodations are provided at the hotel.

Breakfast is provided at the hotel. Today you will visit the Guagua Pichincha, the active volcano near Quito. This gives people a great opportunity to experience and see a volcanic crater close up without much effort as the road leads almost right up to the crater rim at 4600m. Apart from the volcano, the area offers a beautiful paramo ecosystem with many high Andean plants and flowers and occassional animals. Later, we will return to Quito. Accommodations provided at the hotel.
Breakfast. You will be traveling 8 hours heading towards the south of Quito. You will arrive to Cotopaxi’s National Park where you will visit the interpretation center and Limpiopungo lakes (paramo grasslands/Ecuadorian equivalent of the arctic tundra), Accommodations and dinner provided at the tent.
Breakfast. Your next stop is the Cotopaxi’s hut. You will hike and walk around the snowy areas. Lunch will be provided at the hut. Accommodations an dinner at are provided at the hut. Finally, we will sleep at 18h00 p.m.
After a short breakfast we will have to wake up at midnight. Afterwards we will drive up to the parking area of the mountain refuge, which is located at 4600m.
If the weather permits you will enjoy great views and after a short visit to the glacier we head back on down. It will take approximately about 6 or 7 hours to get the peak (if the weather conditions are acceptable). You will be traveling back to Quito, to the hotel.

The word Banos means "baths" and as the name indicates the highlight is the numerous hot spring baths in the area. Today you will have the opportunity to tour the hot springs and walk and observe the market of this picturesque town, or you could go for a hike into the nearby hillsides, walking along farmers' donkey trails through fields or corn, passion-fruit and various other local products. You will also visit the Basilica dedicated to the Virgin of the Holy Water, who is credited with performing many miracles in the Banos area. Accommodations and dinner will be provided at the hotel.
Breakfast is served at he hotel. You will depart from Baños and you will arrive at the Patate river within 30 minutes. There your guide will give you basic instructions on security and paddling techniques for canoeing. Lunch will be provided. Accommodations and dinner are provided at the hotel.
We depart from Banos arriving at the Topo River within one hour.Your guide will explain to you safety procedures and paddling techniques. Later, lunch will be served. Accommodations and dinner are provided at the hotel.
After a breakfast you will be visiting Baños city. At the city you will have the opportunity to observe traditional handicrafts and take a refreshing shower in the thermal waters. In the afternoon, you will return to Quito. Lunch will be provided during the trip. You will be transferred to the hotel.

Breakfast. Assistant for transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cuenca city and we will go to hotel to Accommodations. Afternoon, we will visit the most important sites of this city recently declared Patrimony of Humankind. Among the sites of interest we can mention the Cathedral, the Calderon Park, the Flowers and Fruit Market, and the Art craft Market. Visit the famous “Panama hats” factory and the mirador of Turi. Accommodations at the hotel.
Breakfast. At about one hour east from Cuenca we will reach the Cajas National Park, where the Andean nature is expressed as its best. Its flora and fauna are considered unique in the world; the Andean landscapes are perfect for those lovers of photography. One of the highlights of the park is the diversity of lagoons with different shapes; if the weather allows, we can make a short hike through the surrounding areas of the lagoons and admire the beauty of the magical forests of red quinua or paper trees (polylephis) considered one of the remnants of the original Andean forest. Afternoon retun to Cuenca city to acommodations at the hotel.
Breakfast. Ingapirca located in the southern Andes range have approximately 14.000 habitants. The name of Ingapirca is given after the monumental archaeological complex which is considered one of the most important evidences of the indigenous towns of Cañari and Inca history. According to the evidences, all the Ingapirca buildings had walls with cut-rocks, complimented its top with adove; the roofs have two sides with falls of 50 – 55 degrees with a wooden structure tight with natural fibers and covered with Andean straw. The elliptic temple for its highest hierarchy was considered the Sun Temple, evidenced by the use of typical imperial style chairs. Afternoon retun to Cuenca city to acommodations at the hotel.

At approximately 2 hours from Cuenca we will start enjoying beautiful landscapes and its dwellers dedicated to agriculture, we will pass by many colorful small towns until we reach the village of Chorldeleg or Gold fall; a small towns set on the summit of a hill, better known for the manufacture of gold and silver pieces. Visit the community museum where we will find samples of all the handmade pieces such as ceramics, objects made with straw and of course gold and silver pieces. We will have the chance to buy handicrafts in local stores. We will continue to the colorful town of Gualaceo where we will see the amazing way of work precious handmade pieces. Afternoon retun to Cuenca city to acommodations at the hotel.
